Revenue management can help campsites managers to improve pricing policy, achieve a larger share of the market, have more satisfied guests, achieve a higher level of capacity utilization, but also higher income.

The objective of the course is gaining theoretical knowledge in the field of revenue management  as well as practical skills and knowledge related to their use in the camping resorts.

Sandra Janković

is the CAMPMASTER Financial Head Officer and Member of Stearing Commitee. She received her PhD in Economics from the Vienna University of Economics and Business (2001), M.Sc. (1997) and B.S (1993) from the University of Rijeka, UNIRI FTHM. She has twenty years of experience in accounting education in Croatia and abroad and teaches Managerial Accounting, SME Accounting, Cost Accounting and Revenue Management. She is the author and co-author of more than 60 scientific and professional papers and had participated in numerous scientific and professional projects. Currently she is the assistant dean for International Studies, co-editor in chief of the scientific journal Tourism and Hospitality Management and leader of the projects Benchmarking in the hospitality industry and Benchmarking in the camping industry.
