Team Performance and Creative Leadership

This course focuses on transferable social and team-organising skills to better understand the personal position in connection to team performance and stakeholder involvement. In order to develop these skills, the course offers workshops to learn about leadership, to deal with group processes, to engage in international environments and diversity – especially being able to manage a fast changing world.

Ms. Wesley Put – van den Beemt Msc,

Wesley Put has a background in Business Economics with a specialisation in Services marketing. She started her career as a researcher in Consumer Behaviour Research. For almost 15 years she works in Higher education as Lecturer and Researcher. Creating new learning experiences is her passion. Her expertise lies in the field of design thinking, customer experience and digital marketing. She gets energized from combining education and research in the field of Tourism and Leisure. It is a personal interest to train individuals and groups in creative leadership, social skills, teambuilding and personal development. She also is a certified trainer in MBTI step 1.
